To achieve the perfect prime rib, we start with USDA choice prime roasts. After a gentle massaging of
garlic and herbs we slow cook the prime rib roasts overnight to allow the seasonings to cook throughout.
Our burgers are hand-pattied daily using a fresh mixture of ground round and ground chuck. Lightly
seasoned, cooked the way you specify and served on a homemade bun, our burgers are the best in town.
Our friendly staff is attentive and willing to go that extra mile. Whether you are with a party of 2 or 42,

Lightly breaded deep-fried Alaskan cod and baked lemon-herb chicken headline the Friday night special.
Included is your choice of our homemade potato pancakes with a just hint of onion, beer battered French
